Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the DJC Landscaping website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

Services

DJC Landscaping provides professional landscaping, gardening, cleaning, and maintenance services in Darwin and surrounding areas. All services are subject to availability and our professional assessment of project feasibility.

Quotes and Pricing

• All quotes are estimates and may be subject to change based on site conditions
• Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue
• Final pricing will be confirmed before work commences
• Additional work outside the original scope may incur extra charges

Payment Terms

• Payment terms will be specified in your service agreement
• A deposit may be required for larger projects
• Final payment is due upon completion of work
• Late payment fees may apply to overdue accounts

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before scheduled service. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may incur a cancellation fee. For ongoing maintenance contracts, 14 days written notice is required for cancellation.

Liability and Insurance

DJC Landscaping carries appropriate public liability insurance. Our liability is limited to the value of services provided. We are not responsible for:

• Damage to underground utilities not properly marked
• Plant mortality due to extreme weather conditions
• Damage caused by pets or third parties
• Pre-existing conditions not disclosed by the client

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

• Providing safe and clear access to work areas
• Marking underground utilities and sprinkler systems
• Securing pets during service visits
• Providing accurate information about property conditions
• Obtaining necessary permits where required

Warranty

We provide a satisfaction guarantee on our workmanship. Plant warranties are subject to proper care and maintenance by the client. Warranty claims must be made within 30 days of service completion.
